The first step of purchase procedure is receiving the purchase requisitions. It is a request made by various departments to the purchase department for purchasing the required materials. Such purchase requisition is verified by the chief of the concern departments in which the details about the materials like quantity, codes etc are mentioned. Selection of suppliers
